PlugPV, LLC – Communication Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 29, 2025

By providing your contact information to PlugPV, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to your phone number, email address, or social medial handles, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.  These terms govern how we may contact you via SMS, email, phone, or other electronic communication platforms.

1.  Consent to Receive Communication
By submitting your contact information via our website, in person, by phone, through online forms, or during any customer interaction with PlugPV, LLC, you:
–  Consent to receive transactional, informational, and marketing communications from us via SMS text messages, email, phone calls, and other digital platforms (e.g., app notifications, social media messaging).
–  Acknowledge and agree that such communications may be sent using an automated system or auto-dialer technology.
–  Understand that your consent is not a condition of purchase.

2.  Types of Communications
PlugPV, LLC may contact you for reasons including, but not limited to:
–  Customer Care
–  Account Notifications
–  Appointment Scheduling and Confirmations
–  Project Updates and Service Reminders
–  Document and Design Delivery
–  Promotions, Offers, or Updates about our Services
–  Customer Support and Feedback Requests

3.  Message Frequency
The number of messages you receive will vary based on your project status and interaction with PlugPV, LLC.  While we strive to limit unnecessary messages, you may receive multiple communications during active project phases.

4.  Opt-Out Policy
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:
–  SMS: Text STOP to the number you received a message from to stop receiving further texts.
–  Email: Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email.
–  Phone: Inform the agent directly or email us at hello@plugpv.com.
Note: You may still receive transactional or service-related communications after opting out of marketing messages.

5.  Data & Message Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS messages sent or received depending on your mobile service provider.  PlugPV, LLC is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your carrier.

6.  Carrier Participation
Participating carriers in the United States include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, among others.  Not all carriers may support our SMS service.  T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.  Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy.  All communication data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8.  Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for keeping it up to date.  PlugPV, LLC is not responsible for any miscommunications caused by incorrect or outdated information.  To change or remove your contact information, you may contact your Project Manager, contact us via email at hello@plugpv.com, or call us at (518) 948-5316.

9.  Third-Party Platforms
Some communications may be facilitated through third-party platforms (e.g., email providers, CRM systems, SMS gateways).  While we strive to use secure and reputable services, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or security issues originating from those platforms.

10.  Changes to Terms
PlugPV, LLC reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.  Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.  Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
